Overview
There is only fiew differences:
- Contact template can be attached to contact but contact can't be attached to Contact Template.
- 2 propeties of the Generic tabs are not present:
- Display Name
- Password
Editing
Once you entered in the Contact Template page, you can manage (create, modify, duplicate, delete...) Contact Template is the same way than editing a host.
