Overview
The manage tab is split in 2 rows : - Action buttons
- Downtimes scheduled (the list of planned downtime)
Note: An error could be displayed on the top of this tabif the backend server has a gap of more than 30 seconds with the computer displaying the UI Visualisation portal. Having a difference between your computer and the server will prevent you to schedule good downtime.

Action buttons
Button schedule downtime 
It open the following pop-up The form presents two calendars and two hour selectors, Define a Start and a End for the downtime period. Adding the a comment is very usefull as any body looking for the list of planned downtime wil see the reason of the downtime.

Submit check result
This button opens a modal form to force the status of the element :
You have to select a status and give an output. On submit, the element status will be updated with your selection and the new output will be displayed in the Summary tab. The new "forced" status will be valid until the next check. |  |

Acknowledge
This button opens the same modal form explained in Hud (State Summary : 4 )
Recheck Now
This button schedules an instant check like the button explained in Hud (State Summary : 3)
Downtime
If no downtime for the host, the list is empty (like the first image in 'overview'), else a list of scheduled downtimes is shown:

For each downtime in list : Start Date/Time → End Date/Time = Duration
The first icon
, on hover, shows the author of the downtime and the comment given (like explained in "Action Buttons : Schedule downtime").
If a downtime is in effect :
- it will be specified in this tooltip
- the icon is replaced by
icon (like shown in this picture, in green). - the status in the Hud (State Summary : second zone) has changed like this:

Delete a downtime :- To delete a downtime, you just have to click on bin icon
in the desired downtime row.
